- Lunch: 2-3 crackers + unlimited vegetables
- Snack: 100 grams of skimmed dairy + fruit
- Dinner: 100-150 grams meat or fish + 200 grams vegetables + 100 gram high-carb food (rice, spaghetti, potatoes, etc.)
