Receiving your order
- When will I receive my package?
If you place your order on a working day before 04:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. It will be sent from our warehouse in The Netherlands so it will arrive at your address within 2-3 working days. In 5% of the time it might take a bit longer, especially during the holiday season, at times of bad weather or on national holidays.

Send us an e-mail and we will take care of it. Of course all the extra costs (for shipping) will be paid by us.
During the diet
- I am hungry very often, what can I do about it?
In the first week of phase 1 you might be hungry for a few days. This is normal! Your body has to get used to this new kind of nutrition and lifestyle. Please just take a few extra shakes to a maximum of 6 per day in total. Take some extra coffee or tea as well. A very nice solution would also be eating soup a few times per day, because it is digested very slowly by our bodies. - I haven't lost any weight for several days. How is this possible?
If your first weeks of the diet was very successful but the weight scale shows no result for the previous week, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you haven’t burned any fat. Our high protein products will make your muscle mass and this extra weight will be added to your body weight. This of course also applies if you work out. And then there is those monthly periods that women face, where the body retains more water than outside of these periods. Don’t only pay attention to the weight scale, but also measure your body sizes on multiple areas. Use a tape measure. - Can I eat the protein products at a different time?
Yes, that would be no problem at all! Please decide for yourself at what time of the day you wish to eat our meals. We have only created examples for you to make it easier to comprehend. - Can I drink light-drinks during the diet?
You can drink light-drinks such as Pepsi Light or Coca Cola Light, but not more than 3 glasses per day. It’s sugar free and calorie free, but it influences your brain and makes you hungry. - Which fruits can I eat in Phase 2 and Phase 3?
The fruits that are best to eat for Phase 2: mandarin, strawberry, kiwi, watermelon, grapefruit, nectarine, peach, orange, papaya. In Phase 3 you may add the following fruits: apple, pear, pineapple, cherries and grapes. Always fresh! Do not buy canned fruits. The fruits you should not eat in phase 2 & 3 are: banana, apricot, berries, raspberry, pomegranate. - What is Potassium 600 mg and do I really need it?
We advise you to take 2 capsules of Potassium each day during the protein diet, especially in phase 1. It makes sure your blood pressure stays leveled, it prevents muscle cramps en reduces (the amount of) headaches. Potassium helps to transport waste that your body releases after burning fat. - Are the Multivitamins capsules necessary?
The Multivitamins are less necessary than Potassium during the protein diet, but they wouldn't hurt you! They make sure you will get all the vitamins and minerals you need in a day. One capsule per day is sufficient. - How often should I measure my weight?
We advise you to step on the weight scale for a maximum of 1 time per week. Perhaps monday morning would be the best psychological moment to be doing that. It makes sure you will keep yourself together over the weekends and can resist temptations more easily. Women, please don't weigh yourself during your monthly periods. It's a time where your body retains a lot of water, which is added to your body weight.
